We use well-known logistics providers to send all of our packages. As our products are very delicate, we take extra care when packaging your orders. Only a portion of the delivery fees—which also include packaging fees—are covered by the consumer; the remaining portion is covered by Taamirah. The following shipping fees apply:
Our logistics partners DTDC and Professional couriers take care of all orders. You can connect Taamirah team through Instagram or Whatsapp or Email for your tracking details. Else you can track in your Taamirah account by entering the order id and view your consignment number in the comments section. By entering the Consignment number that has been sent, you can even manually check the status of your orders by going to the partner websites.

Delivery Timeline – We don't guarantee an exact delivery date because it may vary based on the delivery location, however, our orders typically arrive between 3 and 7 days after dispatch.
Prior to returning the shipment to us, our logistics partners will make three tries to deliver the package. Please include a mobile number and the complete, precise shipping address, including the pin code. This will guarantee an improved and quicker delivery. Please contact us at care@taamirah.com or Whatsapp at 8105034483 if your package is being returned to us so that we can resend it as soon as we have it. Please be aware that if the customer wants the delivery to be retried after the product has been returned to us, he will have to pay additional delivery fees. No money will be reimbursed if the consumer prepays for the order and does not accept or want the delivery after it has been shipped.
