Refund policy

Our artists and our order processing crew put in days of work to handle orders for handcrafted goods. Orders that do not meet your expectations but are flawless in terms of the quality, sizes, and other specifications specified on our website are not eligible for refunds.


Only if you notify us within two days of the completion of delivery if there are any product faults or transit problems will we allow an exchange of an unused product. We will begin processing your new order as soon as we receive the returned item.


Please wait 1-2 weeks after the date of your return request for us to process your exchange.

For products acquired through other organisations, such as distributors or retail partners, Taamirah will not accept refunds or exchanges.


Items that are returned to us without being used, without their original packing, and in the same condition as when they were received may not be eligible for a refund or may be charged a restocking fee. We advise using an insured and trackable mail service because we cannot be held liable for anything that are lost or damaged during return shipping.


We might have to send an item back to you without processing a refund or payment if, in the unlikely case, it is returned to us in an unsatisfactory state other than the one you specified for an exchange. On return, all items will be inspected.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+5ffcb75e09f84d5f84fddc13a5ce692e@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
